Rockchip Android Tool v1.37 is a small application for windows computer created by Rockchip Mobile Inc, which allows you to flash the stock firmware on Android tablets, e-books and MID devices based on Rockchips (RK2818, RK2808A, RK2918, RK3066, RK3188, RK3288 and etc.) device.
BIOS (Basic Input Output System) is a chip in your device that has bootup instructions. Flashing it means to update it with a new program or application. then, your SD card should have a 1GB FAT partition. format it, mount it, then put rksdfw.tag sd_boot_config.config, and Radxa's update image for SD card as 'sdupdate.img' into root directory of SD card.
